How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery times are usually 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes - we offer local pickup from READY TO BANG BOXING.

You’ll receive an email once your order is ready to collect, along with pickup details and times. Please wait for this confirmation before coming in.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we want to see Hitterz as many places we can. For International shipping rates please email us for pricing. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Email us at hitterzboxing@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and have tags attached.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Will items be restocked?
Some pieces are limited runs. Popular items may be restocked, but not always — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
