Our Commitment

We want you to be fully confident in every purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. All we ask is that the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, boxing gloves, wraps, and protective gear that have been used can’t be returned — unless there’s a manufacturing defect.


How to Return

  2. Our team — real people who care — will guide you through the return process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the mistake was ours.

  • Need a different size or color? We’ll do our best to get you what you need, fast.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s not up to our standards or wasn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of everything — including the return shipping — because loyalty goes both ways.
