We stand by the quality of every product because it represents more than just gear, it represents the HITTERZ standard.
If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Our Commitment
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order isn’t what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags attached.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used boxing gloves, wraps, and protective gear can’t be returned unless they are faulty.
Returns Process
To start a return, email us at hitterzboxing@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Once your item is received and assessed, we’ll process an exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate within a reasonable timeframe.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we’ll provide a repair, replacement, or refund, and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
